Events

The Glenelg Bowling Club has a wide variety of social events and games events throughout the year. A full list is on our Notice Board. Some of our events are summarised below.

Tuesday Social Bowls are held every Tuesday throughout the year, with registration from 12:15 pm and games from 1.00 pm.

Saturday Social Bowls are held from April to October, with registration from 12:15 pm and games from 1.00 pm.

The Club’s Christmas Party is to be held in December.

The Adrian Brien Automotive Tournament is held in February each year, with prize money of $1500.

Friday “Nite Lite” meals are held from time to time as promoted from 6.30 pm. Friday night drinks & nibbles are held most Fridays, with most people arriving at about 6.00 pm.

Wednesday Night Owls are played from October to March each year.

Pre-Pennant Trial Games are held from September to October.

Pennant Competition season runs from October to March.
